Our Cold Storage Facilities
With a total cold storage capacity of 10,000 m³, we operate 11 separate cold rooms designed to maintain different temperature ranges.
Our warehouses are equipped with advanced automation systems that provide product-specific temperature and humidity control. Each unit is engineered to preserve the freshness and nutritional value of the products for extended periods without spoilage. This ensures that fruits, vegetables, and other food items are stored under optimal conditions.
Storage Features
Blast Freezing Rooms: Two blast freezing rooms are designed to rapidly freeze products at -40°C. These units are ideal for shock freezing, which preserves the nutritional value and freshness of the products for extended periods. They are commonly used for processing and storing meat, fish, and ready-to-eat food items.
Storage Freezers: One storage freezer operates at -18°C and is specifically used for the long-term preservation of frozen food products. This environment is ideal for maintaining the freshness and quality of frozen fruits, vegetables, and other food items.
Cold Storage Rooms: Our eight cold storage rooms operate at -18°C and are designed for products requiring a consistent cold chain, such as fresh fruits and vegetables, beverages, and other temperature-sensitive goods. These rooms are equipped with advanced cooling systems that optimize air circulation and control humidity levels.
Technology & Security
Our facilities are equipped with energy-efficient cooling systems, and each area has an independent temperature control panel. Thanks to our modern monitoring and access control systems, the condition of stored products is constantly tracked and recorded. In addition, our facility undergoes regular inspections in line with food safety and storage standards.
Sustainability
To minimize environmental impact, the refrigerants used in our cold rooms are eco-friendly and ozone-safe. LED lighting and automated energy management systems are implemented to reduce energy consumption.
